Booking Conditions

Current booking status

Ceyntra does not currently take online payments for tour packages. Full tour-package payments will be added only after SLTDA registration is complete. Until then, travel requests and trip proposals are free and without obligation.

From request to booking

After you submit a travel request, we prepare a personalized proposal including the itinerary, accommodation, transport, inclusions, exclusions and price. You can refine it with us until you are happy. A booking is confirmed only when you accept the final proposal in writing and we confirm it in writing.

Prices

Prices are quoted per journey or per person in the currency stated in your proposal. They are based on the services, dates and number of travellers described. Changes requested after confirmation may affect the price.

Changes by us

Occasionally we may need to change part of a journey, for example because of weather, road conditions or supplier availability. We will always offer a comparable alternative and inform you as early as possible.

Travel insurance and documents

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended. Travellers are responsible for passports, visas and health requirements.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms are described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy and will be confirmed in your final proposal.
